The Petit Mouton de Mouton Rothschild 2020 is a magnificent bottle, a rich, balanced second wine with silky tannins, the "little brother" has all the makings of a very great one. The colour is deep, intense red with purple highlights. The nose is initially fruity, with aromas of black fruits such as cherries, followed by chocolate and roasted notes, and finally hints of vanilla. Tasty and long on the palate, the attack is beautifully fresh, with red fruit dominating. On the palate, the tannins are powerful, precise and elegant. On the finish, the balance between fruit and tannins is perfect.

Produced from an exceptional terroir, Le Petit Mouton de Mouton Rothschild is the second wine of Château Mouton Rothschild. Made with grapes from selected younger vines in the First Growth vineyard.
